The patented GPS-iRIB 18-inch (45 cm) is made from a flexible heat and cold resistant, inert Kapton material containing a circuit with special carbon fiber ionisation needles soldered into the circuit traces. What was a mechanism to transport voltage and signals between solid objects has now been engineered to deliver the highest level of ionisation with the least amount of energy in the most compact size.
